I always confuse this episode with "Red Museum" - though it's more of a case of me forgetting that "Red Museum" even exists, because "Our Town" is rather memorable to me thanks to its use of Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease, a disease familiar to anyone who remembers the BSE scare of the 90's.
